Harding Taekwondo was established in August of 2003 after Mr. Harding was promoted to 3rd Degree Black belt by the International Taekwondo Federation (ITF) and the United States Taekwondo Federation (USITF) earlier that year.

Mr. Harding has been a student of Taekwondo since 1997 and has steadily worked to establish a standard of morals and ethics not seen in a lot of today's martial arts schools. The Taekwondo Art that is taught and practiced at Harding Taekwondo does not lend itself to vague and general ideologies perceived by the Instructor to be correct. ITF Taekwondo is performed only one way. Without the true secrets of ITF Taekwondo, it would cease to have the "Do" (art) in "Tae-Kwon-Do". Without the Art, it would only be just another style of self-defense.

Mr. Harding is proud to be the type of Instructor that helps the students to learn this art and to perfect it. Setting goals and challenges are key factors to progress; no student can progress at Harding Taekwondo without expressing some positive attitude or effort.

Mr. Harding is very dedicated to the progressive thinking of today's youth and community. Building a more peaceful world, one student at a time, with dedication, perseverance, Integrity, hard work with an indomitable spirit.

Mr. Harding has been training for 10 years and has currently been promoted to 4 th Degree Black Belt now considered an Expert Instructor.

Mr. Harding grew up locally in the bay area, born in Martinez, California in November of 1970. Currently 36 years of age, married, with a 1 year old daughter and another child on the way, he is very in touch with what he believes to be the savior of today's society.

Every parent, child and student involved with Harding Taekwondo is considered part of Mr. Harding's family and believes that this type of attitude will promote the best out of today's ever decreasing sense of worth.
