I have been coming to this class for more than three years, two times a week, and love it. The general overall body workout is great. I do other activities (soccer, jogging, and volleyball)  and can always come to this class knowing I'll burn more calories! This is an individual workout, but you will be motivated by others to push to your limits. Josh will teach you simple exercises you can do at home alone and provides guidance for healthy eating habits. My focus is to maintain a healthy body and this class defiantly has helped be meet my goals over the past three years.

Last August 2007 I weighed 218 lbs. and decided to make a change and better my health; after several tries in using various methods I found that truly with controlled food choices and not over indulging as well as following an exercise pattern that I really like has helped me loose 70 lbs to date! I have learned alot about myself and my body and know that although I can make the correct food choices, which I know do, I would not be continusouly loosing the weight I am without exercise. I proved it when I had a medical procedure done and was unable to work out, I didn't gain weight but I didn't loose it either. When I got back after two-weeks of non-workouts I once again began to loose weight. My body needs to exercise in order to work together with my eating patterns! Josh's Cardio-Kickboxing has been my choice in exercise. He works us out hard and with lots of motivation, always going the extra mile in giving us useful tips on keeping healthy. I truly appreciate this class and the overall group environment that Harding Tae Kwon-Do has created. Thanks Josh!

I weighed between 126 and 130 pounds before starting kickboxing, but more than the weight I was concerned about the state of my muscles. I wanted to be completely toned and I wanted to be healthy and fit. Within 3 months of these regular one hour classes (4 times a week), I had seen the difference- I had lost some weight, muscle toning had become noticeable, I was looking healthier and more than anything, I was feeling healthier and stronger. At the same time, I started watching what I ate, when I ate and how much I ate. The nutrition talk from Mr Harding from time to time kept me motivated. I lost some more weight and I was completely hooked to exercising. I was walking as well whenever I got the chance. Mr Harding had moved his school to a different location close by and added on a gym. I started going to the gym whenever I took my daughter for TKD and the one hour waiting time was well spent. My friends started commenting on my new healthier, toned look- it had become very noticeable. In one year I have lost 15 pounds, have toned muscles, and can be easily called a health nut.

Exercise has become a part of my daily life. Eating healthy is unquestionable. In addition I believe 100% in positive thinking, meditation, "pranayam" / yogic breathing exercises. With these tools, I have faith that I cannot go wrong.
